Day one of the Wrestling at the 2022 Commonwealth Games saw three Australian wrestlers take the mat.

Jayden Lawrence (Freestyle – 86kg)
– 3rd place 
Irene Symeonidis (Women’s Freestyle – 57kg)
– 5th place
Mostafa Rezaeifar (Freestyle – 65kg)
