Coaches - 2025 Southeast Asian Championships and Camp

Wrestling Australia will be sending a team to the Southeast Asian Invitation Wrestling Championships, being held in Singapore in May.
Wrestling Australia are seeking expressions of interest from accredited coaches that wish to be considered to attend this event.
Coaches must attend both the preparation camp (23rd-29th April, Canberra) and the Southeast Asian Invitational Wrestling Championships.
To be considered for this role, the incumbent MUST possess:
- A minimum Wrestling Australia Level 1 Coach Accreditation (mandatory) for the duration from the beginning of the pre-event training camp to the return from the 2025 Southeast Asian Invitational Championships
- Have experience in and the ability to coach and train teams at a high performing level.
- Demonstrated experience working in collaborative environment and fostering positive and professional relationships with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders.
- Have complete understanding of the current competition rules.
- The capacity to operate without any material conflicts of interest that would compromise role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and conduct oneself with high integrity and build trusted relationships with other coaches, athletes, and team staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, observe confidentiality and use discretion.
- Consistently act in professional and ethical manner that is consistent with Wrestling Australia’s policies, values, and strategic objectives.
