Handling Member Protection Concerns
A sporting community should be welcoming, respectful and inclusive and one where participants are committed to ensuring that everyone involved is treated equally with respect and dignity. This webinar will look to help you understand & implement member protection safe practices that will empower all members to ensure behaviours shown within your sporting community are acceptable, and to navigate situations where these expectations aren't met. Demonstrating good behaviour and calling our poor behaviour is the responsibility of all members of a sporting community so this webinar is useful for coaches, parents, committee members, full time staff members and participants.
