About the Instructor: Ryota Koshiba is an accomplished wrestler with expertise in both Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles. As one of Japan's national junior coaches, he has a wealth of experience and knowledge to share. His notable achievements include a Bronze Medal at the Asian Championships and multiple medals at the Japan National Championships.
